Originally a farmhouse, dating back to the early 17th century, when it was part of a local Priory, La Grange is now the permanent home of its English owners. Enjoying 8 acres of mature grounds with a large 8m x 12m swimming pool, games room which has table tennis, darts etc and laundry room, which has washing machines and tumble driers.
La Taniere has a comfortably furnished L-shaped living/dining area and a fully equipped galley kitchen, with cooker, fridge and microwave, there is also a shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, each having a wealth of exposed beams, offering traditional French rustic charm. The cottage has a sheltered outdoor dining area with furniture and BBQ. Heaters are available for out of season use.
