| We have just converted the farm long-house and stables at La Julerie into 4 gites and have been awarded 3 stars by Gites de France (max for non-detached properties).
Each cottage has been individually re-created in the Breton style and we have taken great care to ensure that all the beautiful original timbers are exposed throughout the cottages, but at the same time have fitted each cottage with fitted kitchens, comfortable chairs/sofas, central heating & French/English TV, wooden patio table & chairs & barbeque.
An indoor heated swimmingpool will be opening for Easter 2005
There is ample parking space for guests.

La Julerie slopes gently to the south and is a natural suntrap, it is very peaceful away from mainroads, but near historic towns such as Dinan & St Malo & many beautiful beaches & golf courses.
Last autumn we listed 30 different types of birds and attract many swallows. At night time you hear the owls, not cars.
Le Grenier is our luxury cottage, downstairs is creatively done with terracotta tiled floors, granite fireplace, a fitted kitchen with dining area, a salon area and a washroom. Number of bedrooms: 2 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor (one with bath, other with shower), upper floor has one bedroom with twin beds and also a settee bed, this room has its own bathroom with basin, French style stand
alone bath, bidet and toilet. Downstairs washroom with toilet.
The front is lawned, patio to the rear and then more lawn opening onto the communal grassed area. With c/h & woodburner this will make ideal holiday accommodation all year.
