Across the river lies the medieval town of St Jean d’Angély, with its bustling market, shops, bars & restaurants. Over the past ten years we have converted our two courtyards of XVIIth C stone barns, with their splendid oak beams, into 16 delightfully individual cottages, each containing all the essentials for a really relaxing holiday:
Lounge area with a corner seating unit, coffee table, satellite TV point and cupboard. Fitted kitchen with self-cleaning oven & hob, ceramic sink/drainer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
Dining area. Three bedrooms - a double, en-suite with a large power-shower and WC, a twin plus a full-size bunkset in a 3rd small bedroom. Upstairs bath/shower room with WC. In the courtyard overlooking the outdoor pool, with its own patio, with B-B-Q, parasol, table & chairs.. Linen & towels incl. swimming towels are provided - beds made up. Cots and high-chairs available.
