	This is an excellent house for the money! It in an elevated spot, within walking distance of an excellent and historic village with all the amenities you\'ll need for day to day life in France. There is a beautiful golf course, about five minutes drive.
The house is in tip top condition throughout and benefits from three to four bedrooms with central heating and excellent insulation. Go up the short private drive to find a double garage and carport. Outside the house is a pretty graveled courtyard and garden to enjoy alfresco dining!! To the right hand side of the property (and within it\'s boundary) is an ancient Troglodyte cave which makes a very unusual wine cellar!!! This house is in a fabulous position, just outside a terrific village. It is a five minute drive to a beautiful golf course. There are good fishing, tennis, horse riding, conoeing and many other leisure facilities on your doorstep. The ancient and historic town of Aubeterre is a few minutes drive.
